I got this speed loader today, and to say I was blown away would be an understatement. From the time I opened the package, till I had 180 stripper clip rounds loaded took, including the learning curve, 5 MINUTES! I've been hand loading mags for 25 years, and I wish I had found this fantastic product way back then. I rarely write reviews, but this product impressed me so much I felt compelled.

Maglula hits another home run with this. Couldn't even imagine going back to using a spoon after using this. It's light, tough, compact and works like a charm. Save your time and fingers and just spend the money. You'll be happy you did.

you clip it on, you load it up, you push it down, you're done. Works like it's suppose to, would buy it again.

I've been using these for several years now and have one in range bag, one with box of empty magazines, one with the ammo can of 5.56, and one in the rifle case. I wish this was around when I was on active duty. After a few clips of ammo it works really smooth, I stand mag on end and push or turn whole thing upside down and push magazine on to bullets. Showed my nephew how to use with his new black gun and he bought it on the spot from me.

I was skeptical, but I'm a believer now. I wish I'd had one two decades ago! It makes loading loose rounds effortless. You just stack them as if they were in a stripper clip, lift up the follower behind the stack, and push all the rounds into the mag. I haven't used it with stripper clips yet. I've only used it with Lancer mags. It's awesome!

Every now and then, a life-changing product comes along. This is one of those. Israel equips their military with these and they win wars. Get yourself one.

I have never found or used a better, or well thought out loading tool in my 35 years of shoting experience. Great tool!!!!! Every Ar Shooter should own one.

The "striplula" is so simple to use for loading and unloading, it's THE BEST product in existence for the loading-unloading M-16 type magazines. From 10 round, to 30 round; to 100 drum magazines, it works! I have had NO problems or concerns about the durability of this tool, and after using them for a few years (i know have several) I recommend them hands down. I have not looked at the video Brownells has under the "learn" button, but if it is the one I saw several years ago in a out a minutes time it proves just how good it is. No mag pouch should be without one.

It really works with or without stripper clips. Just finished loading +300 loose rounds w/o stripper clips. Went very fast. It helps to tap the backs of the magazines once or twice while using it.

Took me a little while to figure out how to unlock the stripula for use (I know, that's pretty bad).

Anyways, picked up some dutch ammo already in clips... and it slams it right down in. I've reloaded those strips,and slammed them down in my Pmags with no issues.

Can also load the stripula and use that without a clip.

This is cheating big time. My princess hands stay blood free. (sorry - work joke for us fulltime computer geeks)

This magazine loader works exactly as described. Just use one fast, forceful motion to strip rounds from a stripper clip or hand loaded into the loader into the magazine in less than a second. A real time saver, especially when used with stripper clips. No need for spoons or sore fingers!

Goes on easy, and loads a maximum of 10 rounds at a time. Works exactly as advertised. The instructions don't explain the unloader portion very well but in practice it works just fine.
Definitely worth having one in the bag.

For some reason I was expecting it to be bigger but this thing is sweet. Loads mags in seconds. I spend a fraction of the time reloading now. Great tool for the range box!

Just like I have come to expect from Maglula, this speed loader works perfectly and is super fast. It is easy to use and makes loading the pre-loaded stripper clips super easy. Being in law enforcement, I have always used the standard metal loaders that are usually included with our practice and duty ammo.

Although the standard metal loaders work, they often times are difficult to attach to some mags, especially the P-Mags. Then once attached, you are using your fingers to apply pressure to the rounds which can cause some rounds to fall out of the stripper clips before making it into the magazine.

The Maglula takes care of these problems and makes loading hundreds of rounds super easy. It securely attaches to the back of the magazine like the standard one, but works with all magazines that I own. Once on, it has a large polymer latch that slides up from the back, flips over and applies the pressure to the rounds. Because of the shape of the latch, it makes the pressure even and the rounds slide into the magazine with little of no effort.

One great feature I like about the Maglula is that the latch folds back onto the main frame, making it very compact and easy to store. I keep mine in my TYR Tactical Admin Pouch which is attached to my Battle Belt. It is always with me when I need to load up for whatever I am doing.

One thing that bothered me about the Maglula is that the polymer doesn't seem as sturdy as I would like. Other than that, it is way better than the standard mag loaders and makes your life easier...also save your fingers when shooting a lot of ammunition in one day.

I highly recommend this mag loader. You will not be disappointed and will be well worth the money...trust me!

This thing is great. The only "pain" caused by this is from gripping it to the mag while loading, and I believe a baby squeezing your finger hurts worse. Works great, right out of the package with no reading(lol) and I loaded ten 30-rnd mags in about 3 minutes while talkin to my GF about what it does.

THE ONLY GRIPE: Note that this is simply a "How To" gripe, but I was suprised to find that the second and third strips in were the easiest to load. The third and last being the easiest. On that first one, you gotta go hammer-time on it or it can bind up on the last few rounds and not feed them into the mag. Looks like they just barely catch the front of the mag with the tip of the bullet. Simple fix, just dont weak arm it on the first strip. I did this on the third or fourth mag, took about 30 seconds to correct by popping out two rounds, do the old "mag stack"(slap it on your hand to seat rounds back)and replace the two rounds.

Now the only question is will it last. Seems to be built solid enough, and other reviews have used it more than I have. But IMHO, if it only lasts for 3k rounds its worth $10/k to have it loaded that quickly and easily bc it almost feels like cheating. I say if you shoot your AR more than 500-1000 rounds per month, this is a must have.

Much easier & faster to load this "stripper clip" and "strip" the rounds into your magazines 10 @ a time. I have used this on the majority of brands/construction styles of magazines' on current market (including our Colorado "house" tactical brand, Magpul). The only difficulties encountered were with Lancers' transparent hi-impact plastic mags., the walls would flex and the floors are not"self-leveling" allowing rounds to shift and jam while attempting to speed load every time. The Stripula worked flawlessly with all others, aluminum or plastic. I own a different brand mag. loader that sits largely unused, though the Stripula might be eventually worn out.

This is the most durable loader for the 10 round stripper clips and any AR magazine. I use these to load around 20,000 rounds per month and have yet to have one quit on me in over 12 months of loading. Just put the loader on the back of the magazine, drop in a stripper clip and push the loader lever down and repeat twice more to top off the magazine. Makes the job quick, saves effort and works every time.

I SAW A VIDEO OF THE "STRIPLULA" AT A GUN STORE AND WAS AMAZED AT THE SPEED THE PERSON WAS LOADING THE "MIL-SPEC" (WORKS WITH EVERY TYPE OF AR MAG I COULD GET MY HANDS ON, P-MAG, BETA MAG ETC.) MAGAZINE WITH 3, 10 ROUND STRIPPER CLIPS. THATS RIGHT THEY WERE LOADING THEM FULL, AND IT WAS PROABLY IN THE NIEBORHOOD OF 12 TO 15 SECONDS, TOTAL! I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT BUT DO I HAVE TO USE STRIPPER CLIPS? NO, YOU CAN LOAD THE DEVICE WITH 1 TO 10 LOOSE ROUNDS AND THE INSERTION IS THE SAME, JUST NO STRIPPER CLIP TO DROP OUT OF THE WAY. AS IF THAT WAS NOT GREAT ENOUGH, I WATCHED IN AMAZEMENT WHEN THE 30 ROUND MAGAZINE WAS UNLOADED IN ABOUT 15 TO 20 SECONDS, ALL THIS WITH OUT SCRATCHES OR BROKEN FINGER NAILS. OH I FORGOT TO MENTION THE PERSON IN THE VIDEO WAS OBVIOUSLY VERY COMPENTENT WITH WHAT SHE WAS DOING, BUT SHE HAD SMALL HANDS, NOT LIKE THE FIST THE AVERAGE FREEDOM LOVEING MACHO MARKSMAN OR SUPER TOUGH SOLDIER MAY HAVE. NO PROBLEM THOUGH, THEY WORK, THEY JUST WORK GREAT. BY THE WAY, I HAD TO BUY MINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. DID I MENTION IT'S A GREAT LITTLE TOOL.
