Tritium Provides Excellent Sight Acquisition, Day or Night

Self-illuminating, Tritium dot front sight combined with a large light gathering rear ghost ring provides extremely fast sight acquisition during day or low light conditions. Rear ghost ring is available with or without tritium. Trak-Lock rear sight features a single set-screw for windage and elevation adjustments. Rugged, low-profile steel body has black parkerized finish for durability.

SPECS: Steel, black parkerized. Fits plain barrel Rem. 870, 1100, 11-87, SPT-12. Adapts to fit other guns. Requires drilling and tapping of receiver; front sight epoxies over factory front. Includes rear mounting screws and 2 part epoxy.

Un mirino anteriore autoilluminante con punto in Tritium, abbinato a un grande anello fantasma posteriore che raccoglie la luce, garantisce un'acquisizione del bersaglio estremamente rapida sia di giorno che in condizioni di scarsa luminosità. L'anello fantasma posteriore è disponibile sia con che senza Tritium. Il mirino posteriore Trak-Lock è dotato di una singola vite di regolazione per deriva e alzo. Il corpo robusto e di basso profilo in acciaio ha una finitura parkerizzata nera per garantire durabilità.

SPECIFICHE: Acciaio, finitura parkerizzata nera. Adatto per canna liscia Rem. 870, 1100, 11-87, SPT-12. Adattabile per altri modelli. Richiede foratura e filettatura del ricevitore; il mirino anteriore si incolla sopra quello di fabbrica. Include viti di montaggio posteriori e colla epossidica bicomponente.

First off this is a very good sight.

The issue I have is the fact that they do not give you a template for drilling the holes.

All they give you is an instruction sheet that says the first hole should be 5.885" from the front of the receiver.

Rear hole should be 7.335".

Really? I can't even make those into a useful fraction.

So I placed it where it worked for me and marked the holes.

Might as well not give instructions. Just a picture.

Great day and night sights! (19/08/2011)

Extremely fast day or night. I use these for great accuracy out to 100 meters with slugs and they're still way fast for skeet shooting. At night, you see two larger fuzzy tritium dots in the rear sight--center the front in between these and you hit everytime. Awesome!

Fantastic ghost ring. I had one on a Scattergun tech I bought in the mid 90s, since then I equipped my other 870s. Sight picture is perfect, a true ghost ring rear barely visible, a wide front post that is easy to see.

Installation is easy. Hardest part is to pin the FS after you epoxy it on. If you bbl does not have a bead base, Wilson will send you an adapter screw.

Trijicon makes a knock off with a tritium rear for the same money, I like this one better.
