Dovetail Technology for Atlas and Harris Bipods
The Area 419 Arcalock Clamp for the Atlas and Harris Bipods feature a proprietary two-stage screw design. This clamp works on all standard Arca/1.5” Dovetail Rails. The clamping screw features two different thread pitches. The coarse 16tpi is used when no tension is on clamp, allowing rapid movement of the clamp vs others on the market. With high speed comes low torque though, so to counteract this as soon as the clamp sees tension it will switch to the 32tpi threads in the knob to give you extra torque when not using on an ARCALOCK rail. Clamp and knob machined in house from 6061-T6 Aluminum Screw is turned from 303 Stainless Steel Type III Hardcoat Black anodized clamp and Gold anodized knob A 1/4 turn releases the clamp from the detents on the ARCALOCK rail for movement. One turn releases clamp to be removed from rail. The clamp directly bolts to Atlas Bipods using their factory hardware. The barricade stop can either be standalone on the clamp using provided hardware, or sandwiched between an Atlas bipod (Barricade stop does not work with Harris Bipods). The clamp is backwards compatible with standard ARCA rails by removing the two pins, and will still work this way to give you infinite sliding adjustment on the ARCALOCK rail. Moving side of clamp is dovetailed on both sides to prevent tilt.

Questa morsa funziona su tutte le rotaie standard Arca/1.5” Dovetail. La vite di serraggio presenta due diverse passo di filettatura. Il passo grosso da 16tpi è utilizzato quando non c'è tensione sulla morsa, permettendo un rapido movimento della morsa rispetto ad altri modelli sul mercato. Tuttavia, con l'alta velocità si ha una bassa coppia, quindi per controbilanciare questo, non appena la morsa percepisce tensione, passerà ai filetti da 32tpi nella manopola per darti una coppia extra quando non viene utilizzata su una rotaia ARCALOCK. Morsa e manopola sono lavorate in casa dal Alluminio 6061-T6 La vite è realizzata in Acciaio Inossidabile 303 Il morsetto anodizzato nero Hardcoat di tipo III e la manopola anodizzata oro Una rotazione di 1/4 libera la morsa dai denti sulla rotaia ARCALOCK per il movimento. Una rotazione libera la morsa per essere rimossa dalla rotaia. La morsa si collega direttamente ai bipodi Atlas utilizzando la loro ferramenta di fabbrica. Il ferma barricata può essere utilizzato da solo sulla morsa con l'hardware fornito, o inserito tra un bipode Atlas (il ferma barricata non funziona con i bipodi Harris). La morsa è compatibile con le rotaie ARCA standard rimuovendo i due perni, e continuerà a funzionare in questo modo per darti un regolazione scorrevole infinita sulla rotaia ARCALOCK. Il lato mobile della morsa è incassato su entrambi i lati per prevenire l'inclinazione.
