AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/0.625" GAS BLOCK LEFT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly sold separately. Il Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode è un sistema a pistone per il platform AR-15 che regola il flusso di gas, sfiatando il gas dalla parte anteriore del blocco invece di limitare il flusso come i tradizionali blocchi regolabili.
Risultati:
- La pressione utilizzata nel blocco è ridotta solo alla quantità necessaria per azionare il bolt carrier.
- Il gas e la pressione rimanenti vengono sfiatati dal blocco, consentendo al sistema di funzionare in modo molto più pulito e fresco.
- Riduzione dell'usura sui componenti del bolt carrier group e sul ricevitore superiore.
- Riduzione del rinculo percepito, permettendo colpi di follow-up più rapidi.
- Il detent di regolazione brevettato è posizionato all'esterno del blocco, evitando contaminazioni.
- In modalità Bleed Off, la vite di regolazione del gas non limita il flusso di gas; pertanto, non ci sono erosioni o bloccaggi della vite, né perdita di detent a causa dell'accumulo di carbonio.
- Sebbene sia rimovibile, è stato aggiunto un meccanismo di sicurezza che impedisce di svitare accidentalmente la vite fino in fondo.
- Quando si utilizzano SBR e/o soppressori, la porta di Bleed Off consente di espellere la pressione eccessiva dal blocco, riducendo il blow back.
