Bright Fiber Optic For Easy Aiming

Replacement front sight post has a light-gathering fiber optic rod to produce a bright dot that’s easy to acquire in a broad range of light conditions. Easily replaces the post on most AK-47, AK-74 and AKM rifle sights, no gunsmithing required. Unique, U-shaped rod gathers far more light than a standard straight rod—perfect for low-light situations. Comes with two green and two red interchangeable rods that can be changed quickly using the included tool, so you can customize the sight picture or replace a damaged rod quickly. Elevation adjustable.

SPECS: Black steel post with 2 green and 2 red fiber optic rods. Includes detent pin, sight wrench, fiber optic rod removal tool, carrying case, and instructions.

Mirino in Fibra Ottica Luminoso per una Miratura Facile

Il sostituto del mirino anteriore ha un'asta in fibra ottica che raccoglie la luce per produrre un punto luminoso facilmente individuabile in un'ampia gamma di condizioni di luminosità. Si sostituisce facilmente al mirino della maggior parte dei fucili AK-47, AK-74 e AKM, senza la necessità di un armaiolo. L'unico asta a forma di U raccoglie molta più luce rispetto a un'asta dritta standard—perfetto per situazioni di scarsa luminosità. Don't waste your time! (09/06/2011)

Great till you actually shoot the rifle. The recoil causes the sight to spin on it's own. Saw the same sight on another persons AK today and it did the same thing. Piece of junk!

Neat idea - DOES NOT WORK! (29/06/2011)

In my SA-85 this sight would not remain zeroed. After just a few rounds fired it will spin in the mounting base enough so the fiber optic is dramatically off center. Unless the MFG. can fix this defect I would stay away from this product.

OK but could be better (14/03/2012)

Sight rotated slightly when firing. A drop of blue loctite cured that problem. The sight was not as bright as it should have been, due to the configuration of the sight hood. I opened up the sight hood on each side to make a complete opening up the side over the top and down the other side. Now it has good light. The lite pipes are very fragile, and I would recommend buying spares.

Garbage (14/10/2012)

Without loctite, this sight just spins freely. It isn't like standard sights where there is a slit perpendicular to the threads allowing the sightpost to be slightly larger than its female counterpart on the rifle and held tightly in place. Absolute piece of junk. Why would I want to put loctite on my rifle? Spend a few extra dollars and get the right equipment. This sight will fail you.
