Rugged, all-steel bodies surround a highly visible TRU-DOT tritium lamp for better sight definition in dark and low-light conditions. Easily and fully adjustable for both windage and elevation with positive, all-steel detents built to withstand the rigors of duty use and rough, inclement hunting conditions. On S&W revolvers, a new rear leaf, screw and nut are provided; front sight replaces the factory colored insert.

S&W Plunger and spring will not fit the (08/03/2012)

The windage screw hole is to shallow for the S&W plunger and spring to seat deep enough to install.
Also, the standard S&W windage screw threads are a different size then the sight.

1974 m19 without a hitch (22/11/2012)

Following the instructions included with these I installed these on my girlfriends 1974 4" M19 without a hitch five years ago. She loves them as it makes finding the gun on the nightstand easy. As robust as a stock s&w adustable sight which is not saying much but they have zeroed easy for multiple loads and have held zero. Unless they have changed this product in the last 5 years it is a good product for this model

Easy to install (03/02/2017)

I have installed these sights on approx. 2 dozen guns and have never had a problem. My aging eyes can pick out the three dots in any kind of lighting. I have had these sight on one gun for over 20 years and they're still bright enough to see.
